Flea of Pollution is a trinket added in The Reheated update.
Effects
- Upon entering an uncleared room, spawns a
Purple Flea that leaves behind a small puddle of black creep after hitting an enemy.
- The creep disappears after 11.66 seconds.
Interactions
Trinket Multipliers: Spawns extra Fleas based on the amount of trinket multiplier effects.
Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Flea of Pollution rerolls it into 
Flea of Deluge.
